How should we live in difficult or challenging times? In Haggai 2:21 God said that,’I am going to shake the heavens and the earth. Things are being shaking everywhere but don’t be afraid. The enemy wants to get you distracted and try to draw you into fear, panic and anger. God is releasing perfect peace and love that will change the spiritual atmosphere around you. This is not a time to allow fear and negativity. Instead, it is a time to believe in God’s word and His character.
Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our “God is a consuming fire.” Hebrews 12:28–29 NIV
This is necessary to remove the things that are not of God and allow us to receive and move more freely. … their work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each person’s work. If what has been built survives, the builder will receive a reward. 1 Corinthians 3:13–14 NIV
God is also shaking things so that our foundation will be firmly established in Christ, our Rock! We all know that it is challenging and sometimes unnerving however this is not intended to harm us nor to discourage us. Just as the Hebrews 10:36-37, You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. For, “In just a little while, he who is coming will come and will not delay.”
We believe that God is aligning us right now to do greater works than we have ever known! These things will be rooted and grounded in love. Be encouraged therefore, because HE is for us and not against us. Our Father and Lord Jesus Christ will enable us to come out of this very challenging time victoriously!
Please do not hesitate to let us know how we can encourage and pray for you and your family. We would love to hear from you.
